Japanese electronic rock/metal band Esprit D’Air have announced that they will release their 10th-anniversary show on a live album on the 5th of February, recorded from their livestream show on the 24th of October 2020.

According to vocalist and bandleader Kai, the idea to release the show as a live album was requested by fans of the band and that is why he decided to make this possible. In addition to the live album, a limited run of signed posters that will be hand-signed and personalised will be available for purchase.

It is possible to pre-order the CD and poster exclusively through the Bandcamp page of Esprit D’Air. After the purchase of the album, you will receive three tracks ready to download and enjoy. The tracklist consists of new and older tracks by the rock/metal band. The digital album will consist of 10 tracks and if you buy the physical version, it will also consist the tracks Nebulae and Leviathan. These two tracks are not available in the digital version.

The livestream was a replacement for their show that was originally planned at The Dome in London. But due to safety reasons, the band decided it was better to do a live broadcast to the world. Later this year, Esprit D’Air will release a new album, titled Oceans. One of the tracks on this album, Leviathan, received a release as single with a music video thanks to the support of the fans through crowdfunding.

Reformed in 2016, Esprit D’Air are a self-produced and self-signed Japanese rock band based in London led by vocalist, composer and producer, Kai. Consequently, the band produces, mixes and masters their own releases, and promotes their own shows. In 2018, the band toured Europe and performed at AVO J-Music Festival in The Hague as the headliner.
