The rockers of LUNA SEA will be streaming their 30th-anniversary concert from Tokyo Garden Theater. Following the concert at Saitama Super Arena in March earlier this year, Zaiko will be streaming the concert of 30th May 2021, live, which is also the last day of the 3-day concerts. Through HYPER JAPAN, it will be possible to get a good deal on your tickets to enjoy the upcoming grand finale stream of the band.

It was originally planned to be held as the LUNA SEA 30th Anniversary -CROSS THE UNIVERSE- GRAND FINAL, the final show of the nationwide tour commemorating the 30th anniversary of the band’s formation that was scheduled to be held last year, but the effects of COVID-19 has yet to subside even in 2021 and due to the repeated postponements of the national tour, it had already become difficult to hold as the final concert. Therefore, the event is newly subtitled THE DAWN with the hope and wish for a “new beginning”. The three concert dates were rescheduled to the 28th (Friday), 29th (Saturday) and 30th (Sunday) of May.

As mentioned before, the tickets for the upcoming international stream of LUNA SEA can be purchased with a discount through HYPER JAPAN. The livestream will start at 16.00 Japanese time, which means 09.00 AM in the Netherlands and 08.00 AM in the United Kingdom. If that is too early for you, it is possible to view the live archive until the end of the day of the 2nd of June (Japanese time).

Formed at the end of the 80s, LUNA SEA were seen as the definitive Visual Kei band of the 90s, even rivalling with X JAPAN. LUNA SEA’s sound was firmly based in ’80s hard rock, but the band had a versatile, almost proggy approach to songwriting, and its softer side, displayed later on in the group’s career, proved equally strong.
